The service

Simple Feature Board provides hosted feedback boards and an embeddable feedback widget. You are responsible for the content you publish and for configuring the service lawfully for your users.

Fair use and acceptable content

Do not use Simple Feature Board for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful material. We may limit abusive automation or unusually heavy use that threatens service reliability. The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms and applies to every board, owner, and user.

Billing and cancellation

Paid service renews monthly or annually until canceled. Free has no expiry. When Paid ends, the Free allowances shown on our pricing page apply: the oldest boards and members within those allowances retain access, prioritizing owners. Additional boards become read-only and additional members inactive. Data is retained; upgrading restores access. Both plans include unlimited requests, subject to our normal storage, rate-limit and abuse safeguards. Existing lifetime purchases remain honored.

Availability and termination

We may change or discontinue features. Mountainsoft LLC may remove content, restrict functionality, disable public access, suspend, or terminate a board or account that violates these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, or the safety and reliability of the service. Urgent action may be taken without advance notice when reasonably necessary to prevent harm, unlawful activity, security abuse, or material disruption.

After suspension or termination, we may permanently delete the board and its content, subject to applicable legal obligations and limited operational backups. You may stop using Simple Feature Board at any time and can manage a paid subscription through the billing portal. Enforcement questions or review requests may be sent to ask@mountainsoftllc.com.
