Acceptable use

Prohibited content and conduct

Do not use Simple Feature Board to publish or facilitate illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually exploitative, gratuitously violent, privacy-invasive, or infringing material. Malware, impersonation, phishing, spam, unauthorized disclosure of personal or confidential information, and content that endangers another person are prohibited.

Automated submissions, vote manipulation, attempts to evade safety controls, denial-of-service activity, unauthorized access, and use that materially degrades the shared service are also prohibited.

Enforcement

Simple Feature Board and its operator, Mountainsoft LLC, reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to remove content, restrict functionality, disable public access, suspend, or terminate any board or account that violates these guidelines, the Terms of Service, applicable law, or the safety and reliability of the service. We may act immediately and without advance notice when we reasonably believe urgent action is needed to prevent harm, unlawful activity, security abuse, or material disruption.

When practical, we may ask the board owner to correct a violation before termination. Following suspension or termination, we may permanently delete the board and its content, subject to applicable legal obligations and limited operational backups.
